1. What this covers

This policy covers cookies, pixels, local storage and advertising identifiers used on sapads.com and in the advertising we deliver.

2. Cookies on sapads.com

• Necessary: keeping you signed in, remembering your cookie choice, and protecting forms.
• Analytics: how many people visit, which pages they read, and where they came from.
• Marketing: measuring whether our own advertising brought you here.

3. Cookies and identifiers in advertising

When an ad is requested through our platform, we may read or set an identifier so that we can limit how often you see the same ad, measure whether an ad led to a visit, and keep invalid traffic out of our advertisers’ campaigns.

On mobile apps we may receive the device advertising identifier instead of a cookie. On connected TV we work at household level and do not set cookies.

4. The SAPADS pixel

Advertisers can place our pixel on their own site to build audiences from their visitors and to count results. The advertiser decides what to measure and is responsible for having a lawful basis and the right notices on their site.

5. How to control cookies

• Use the cookie banner on this site to change your choice at any time.
• Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies.
• Reset or limit the advertising identifier in your Android or iOS settings.
• Use our opt-out page or the industry tools listed in our privacy policy.

Blocking cookies does not stop you seeing ads. It means the ads you see are less likely to be relevant.

6. What we set, and for how long

• Session cookie, necessary, expires when you close the browser. Keeps you signed in to the dashboard.
• Consent cookie, necessary, 6 months. Remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask again.
• Analytics cookie, optional, 13 months. Counts visits and pages, in aggregate.
• Advertising identifier, optional, 13 months or less. Used for frequency capping, measurement and invalid traffic checks.
• Opt-out cookie, necessary, 5 years. Records that you have opted out, so we do not bid with identifiers for you.

Where a supply partner passes us a consent or opt-out signal, that signal decides what happens for that request, whatever cookie is present.
