Privacy and terms
Terms of use
Last updated: 10 October 2026
1. The agreement
These terms apply when you open an account, run a campaign, or use sapads.com. By doing any of those things you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.
2. Who can use SAPADS
You must be at least 18, able to enter a contract, and not barred from receiving services under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for anything done through your account.
3. Your account
Keep your login details secret and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account while we investigate a security or policy problem.
4. Campaigns and creatives
You confirm that you own or are licensed to use the creatives, trademarks, products and landing pages in your campaigns, and that they follow our ad policies and the law of every market you target.
We review creatives and landing pages before they run and may reject or pause anything that breaches our policies. Review is not legal advice and does not transfer responsibility to us.
5. Money and billing
You set the bid and the budget. The rate you bid is the rate you pay for the media delivered, with nothing added afterwards.
Delivery and spend are measured by our systems, and those numbers are the basis for billing. Where your own tracking shows different numbers, we will look into a reasonable discrepancy with you.
Balances added to an account are used for media and are not refundable once spent. Unspent balance can be refunded, less any amount already committed.
6. What you may not do
- Use the platform for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful.
- Run the categories our ad policies prohibit.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or break the platform.
- Resell access to your account without our written agreement.
- Upload personal data you have no lawful basis to use, or sensitive data about health, finances, politics, religion or sexual life.
7. Data
Each of us is responsible for our own compliance with privacy law. Where we handle data on your instructions, we act as your processor and will only use it to deliver and measure your campaigns.
Reports and data about your campaigns are yours. Platform data, bid logs and aggregate benchmarks are ours.
8. Service and support
We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical.
9. Liability
Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or goodwill. Our total liability in any twelve month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Suspension and ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms or our ad policies, for non-payment, or where the law requires it. Amounts already owed remain payable.
11. Measurement and discrepancies
Impressions, clicks and spend are counted by our systems using industry measurement rules, and those counts are the basis for billing. Advertiser-side analytics usually show fewer clicks or conversions because of ad blockers, redirects, cookie limits and attribution windows.
A difference of up to ten per cent is normal across the industry. If you see more than that, tell us within thirty days of the invoice and we will investigate with you and correct anything caused by our error.
12. Third-party services
Campaigns are delivered through exchanges, supply partners and measurement providers who have their own terms. We are not responsible for their systems, but we will not knowingly work with a partner that breaches our ad policies.
13. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the dashboard before they take effect.
The governing law and the courts that decide disputes will be those of the place where the SAPADS entity is registered.
